A simple idea for serving asparagus, paired with a fruit spirit, as a snack.
Finely slice the asparagus and sauté in a pan with plenty of olive oil. Season the goat cream cheese with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Slice the baguette and toast until crispy.
Spread herby goat cream cheese on the baguette, place the roasted asparagus on top and sprinkle with fresh thyme and chopped almonds.
